The processes of attainment of double citizenship and
Lithuanian passport had been reopened. However, the cases
were reopened only to the 02 (two) presented cases below:
a.
Babies, children and people under 18 years of age,
whose parents (at least one) already have Lithuanian
citizenship
b.
For children, grandsons
and greats-grandson of the Lithuanian citizens who had
left Lithuania between June 15th, 1940 and March 11th,
1990
2.The processes of attainment of double citizenship and
Lithuanian passport will be reopened until July 01, 2010
3.By
determination of the Lithuanian Government all these procedures
are being done at the Lithuanian Embassy, in Buenos Aires
